1. Late Payments
Brad speaks about how when he had clients he would let them pay per session or pay monthly. They would bring their payments late and wouldn’t always pay on time. This is what hurt Brads Fitness business.
2. No Shows
Brad talks about what would happen when he had no shows. When people would not show up or cancel last minute. He would lose out on sessions and money that he thought would be coming in.
3. Vacations and Holidays
When the summer time came and vacations we would lose out on sessions and consistent customers because they were busy. What a gym does right is have auto renew payments whether the person comes in or not.
4. No Commitment
These customers and clients didn’t have a commitment or a long enough commitment. We all know results take time and will take years to progress and accomplish. If they would have had a 12 to 24 month commitment then the results would have been much better for the client and for our business.
